The Modesto Symphony Orchestra (MSO), led by Associate Conductor Ryan Murray, will perform Pixar in Concert on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 7:30pm and Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 2pm at the Gallo Center for the Arts in Modesto.

Marta Pereira da Costa is the world`s first and only professional Portuguese Guitar female player in Fado, the soulful music from Portugal recently acknowledged by UNESCO as part of the World ́s Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Returning for a fourth year, A Very Choral Christmas presents eight local choirs performing holiday favorites over two wonderful nights! Four different choirs will perform each night, and each choir will perform different songs for approximately 15 minutes. As in previous seasons, the Dance Factory will be on hand to entertain you, too! Both shows are 90 minutes long and benefit the non-profit Gallo Center. Matt Cover, instrumental music director at Modesto High School, will again serve as master of ceremonies and direct the final number by the combined choruses.
