USER READY!
Parking Downtown: There is no parking requirement for new users occupying existing spaces downtown. There is an average of 40 on-street parking spaces available per block and several thousand off-street parking spaces available. A parking study recently commissioned identified that there is ample supply of parking available at any given time downtown.

Utility Connections: All buildings downtown already receive full utility services.

UP TO $2500 CASH AND NO LOCAL TAXES FOR NEW BUSINESS TENETS DOWNTOWN

New Retail Businesses open Monday through Saturday receive cash up front and a refund of local sales and mill tax for first year of business.

Existing Retail Businesses that extend hours are eligible for refund of local sales tax collected during the extended hours for one year.
