1st Friday Vendor Agreement
Your spot: Vendors may not share spaces with other vendors unless discussed and coordinated with 1st Friday Street Faire management prior to event. Please keep your spaces clean.
Atmosphere: 1st Friday Street Faire takes place in conjunction with Music in the Plaza, a live music event.
Set-up and tear down: 10th Street between J Street and K Street is blocked to traffic at 3 p.m. Load-in and set-up starts at 3:30. Your set-up must be ready to enjoy at the start of the event, 5 p.m. No break-down may commence before the event concludes at 9 p.m.
Photos, please: Vendors and performers agree to allow photography and video of their work taken by 1st Friday Street Faire production team for the purpose of promotion of the event.
Licensing: It is your responsibility to possess your own City of Modesto business license, but this may be waived for the event for a $10 fee.
- Certificate of general liability insurance with Downtown Modesto Partnership as an additional insured
- Copy of Stanislaus County Environmental Health Permit – TFF (Class A – Download Here / Class B – Download Here)
- Copy of cottage food operation annual registration permit, if applicable (Download Here)
- Copy of current City of Modesto Fire Department Permit if applicable (Download Here)
Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued once your reservation has been confirmed except in the case that the event has been canceled due to extreme and unforeseen circumstances. This is a rain or shine event.
